Project details
Lambert – St. Louis International airport launched a new updated site that strategically puts pertinent information up front in an intuitive interface. This well organized and friendly design allows visitors to find the information they're looking for quickly and with fewer clicks.
A backend Content Management System allows the airport administration to easily add, delete and modify pages for both the desktop site and mobile site. The HTML emails are also designed as custom templates so that the client can make attractive layouts in minutes.
As a special feature, the website has a "dark site" switch. Which allows the top airport administration to override the home page and automatically turn on an emergency message with blog and twitter feeds prominently displayed so that the public knows exactly what is going on during the temporary alert phase.
